I second Scott's comments on your review - nicely done!

Your point about being able to guarantee an accessible room at booking is a good one. As VibeAgent is a meta-search site, we aggregate pricing and availability from multiple partners, both OTAs and the hotel chains directly. As such, and you rightfully point this out, we don't process the bookings ourselves, and thus can't facilitate or guarantee specific rooms.

However, we can work with you going forward to communicate the importance of this feature to our hotel and OTA partners, and hopefully, as we grow in stature in the marketplace, acting as a consumer advocate, we can use our leverage to create action.

Either way, I hope you'll find VibeAgent's social networking tools and review- integrated hotel search a useful service in sharing information with fellow travelers.
